I ordered 1 book to go with the set I’ve already purchased. Received a block that I cannot put with the set of books I have. Extremely disappointed as I messaged the seller and not one reply back.

LOVE this! Put this in my daughters nursery for her bows. The shop helped customize the ribbons to match her bedroom colors. Highly recommend, its great quality!

I requested to look at a color combo before making my decision as I was on the fence between rose gold and light pink. She was able to send samples for me to choose. When there was a delay in communication, she added a hanging ribbon for extra bows as an apology. When I received it, it turned out just as I pictured- looks great in our daughter’s nursery!
