Ornaments were beautiful and well made, but they were slightly incorrect. I ordered two ornaments and neither one came with the bows that were described. They are beautiful, but I wish I’d gotten the correct ribbons on them so that they coordinated with the look I was going for. I did message the seller about the bow mix up and told them that I didn’t need the ribbons replaced, but that I was planning to reorder one of them with an additional family members name on it and wanted to insure that the ribbon pictured would be the ribbon I received this time. I haven’t received a response since December 13th, so I haven’t ordered again.

Came out perfectly! Contact the shop about a custom order and she nailed it :) wonderful quality and the colors matched what I was looking for perfectly. I’m also glad I listened to her on ordering the largest size available lol It’s already half full haha
